I was comfortable in bed at 5am I was not comfortable climbing out of bed. My hamstrings are sore still from Monday my back is stiff from 100 deadlifts yesterday at cross fit and my upper body is finally sore from Tuesdays gym sesh. And pushing through all of that doing lower body today was def not comfortable! But you know what IS comfortable?! All my clothes and my self esteem in a bikini and in my own skin!
